How to improve the patient experience?

Objective

We worked with one of the biggest health insurance provider in New York to explore different versions of a disruptive solution for patients and doctors. Their goal was to use clickable prototypes to test various assumptions. They had organised multiples user testing sessions and they wanted us to be one of the agencies providing the innovative solutions.

Results

We had to create a new brand identity as they wanted to avoid being recognised as a big player by the user testers. We then design an entirely new concept of finding and interacting with doctors. We designed several clickable prototypes for mobile and desktop uses. We also created a marketing video for an internal use.
